Delivery does not include staging or setup of rental items other than general placement of large furniture items.
Pick-up items MUST have an appropriately sized method for transporting the rental items that includes a covered form of transport. You are responsible for any damages to rental items that may take place during transport, even in the event of accidents or bad weather.
RENTAL WINDOW
Rental rates are for a 48-hour period. If you are needing a longer rental period than this, then please just ask and we may be able to accommodate an extended rental period for an additional fee.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes changes are inevitable, especially when if you are planning a ceremony far in advance. Changes can be made to your rental order up until 30 days before your event date.
Please understand with cancellations and adjustments that:
DAMAGED ITEMS
Rental items are your responsibility upon will-call or delivery. Should items be returned or picked up damaged you are responsible for replacement fees. Damaged or missing items will incur replacement/repair fee charges.
CLEANING FEES
There will be a cleaning fee per item at return if items do not return in drop-off condition. This can also be a service add-on.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
Rental items cannot be left outside overnight, so please be sure to have a secure, covered place where items can be stored.
WEATHER RELATED ISSUES
A Moment in Time does not issue refunds for inclement weather however if mother nature has ruined your event day, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date for you with no additional charge. However, if you choose to chance the weather, the client assumes full responsibility for wind and weather damages.
